Welcome to Maggie’s Color, Decor & Order! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our website and working with our services. By accessing this site or booking a service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered

Maggie’s Color, Decor & Order provides home decorating, organizing, painting, and design services. Each project is customized based on the client’s space, needs, and preferences.

We offer both full-service options (design + implementation) and design-only packages for clients who wish to carry out the plan themselves.

2. Consultations & Design Plans

All initial consultations will include a discussion of your goals and may involve an in-home visit and measurements. Design plans will include product suggestions, layout recommendations, and shopping links to help bring the vision to life.

Please note: Product availability and pricing from third-party retailers may change over time. Maggie’s Color, Decor & Order cannot guarantee that all recommended items will still be available once you are ready to make purchases. In such cases, similar alternatives can be suggested upon request.

3. Design-Only Option

If you choose the design-only package, you’ll receive a complete visual and itemized design plan, including direct links to recommended items. You are responsible for purchasing and implementing the design unless other arrangements are made.

While I do my best to select widely available products, I cannot guarantee their future availability or pricing. Alternative suggestions can be offered upon request if items become unavailable.

Partial setup or styling services can be added for an additional fee if you decide to bring in help later on.

4. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your project. Final pricing is based on the scope of the work and will be discussed before any project begins. All invoices must be paid within the agreed-upon timeframe.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, grant access to your space as needed, and maintain open communication throughout the project. Maggie’s Color, Decor & Order is not liable for delays caused by unavailability of materials, third-party vendors, or incomplete information.

7. Intellectual Property

All design plans, mood boards, layouts, and documents created by Maggie’s Color, Decor & Order are for client use only and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

8. Website Use

Content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Maggie’s Color, Decor & Order. You may not copy, reuse, or modify it without written permission.

9. Liability

While we aim for high-quality results and satisfaction, Maggie’s Color, Decor & Order is not liable for any damages, delays, or losses arising from the use of our services, advice, or third-party product recommendations.

10. Updates

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website or services implies acceptance of the most current version.
